Ronell brings a diverse background to her role, having worked in business, real estate, carpentry, and construction, among others. This varied experience has equipped her with a unique perspective on financial practices and operational efficiency. Her background of experiences enhances her ability to streamline processes and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

In her free time, she enjoys gardening, nurturing her bonsai trees, and engaging in home improvement projects.
