Login with Email & OTP

Steps Below:

​

1. After entering the email associated with your account, click Sign In with a Code.

​

2. A 6-digit verification code will arrive to the inbox for the email associated with your account.

• ​The code expires ten minutes after it arrives.

• If the code expires, you can select 'Resend Code' to receive a new 6-digit code

​​

             3. Input the 6-digit verification code and hit Verify. You are now signed into your account. 

​

Change Email Address With OTP

Steps Below:

​

1. Open the Account Details page.

• ​On the My Account page, locate My Profile.

• ​Click on the Edit button to open the Account Details page.

 

 2. Select Change Password

3. Click Use One Time Passcode Instead. The field will change to Verification Code.

• To revert to the password option, click Use Password Instead below the Verification Code.

4. Click Send Code.

• 6-digit verification code will arrive to the inbox for the email associated with your account.

• The code expires ten minutes after it arrives. 

• In the event that the code expires, you can select Resend Code to receive a new 6-digit code.

5. Input the 6-digit verification code and hit Verify.​

​

6. Upon successful verification code entry, the screen will refresh, displaying a green Verified! status.

7. Input your desired new password into the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
