The Need

The existing team facilities for both players and coaches, located beneath the stadium, are undersized. The master plan includes renovated coaches offices and a new clubhouse for baseball student-athletes.

The Project & The Site

The Baseball Clubhouse will cover a 7,200 sq. ft. footprint along the third baseline. It will house a new player locker room, lounge, training area, public restrooms, and an elevated hospitality deck with concessions. The hospitality deck is a multi-purpose space for game day activities as well as year-round events.
